During Suzi’s workshop I vocalized my inner voice to its ultimate amongst other’s. Within the walls of that dance studio we were able to express freely and flow amongst shared energy and that which flows around us. It was a connection created which helped one cast away fears and nourish the soul. An experience that aided healing, enhanced my self confidence, connecting me with the universe and humanity. Part of a great introduction to Saltburn, spirituality, and a healing path.
